This is a remote opportunity for a Property Manager to join JLL's Retail property management team in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
Oversee Pacaso’s regional operations for Repairs and Maintenance on the West Coast. You will build, develop, and lead a team comprised of Maintenance Coordinator(s), Maintenance Manager(s), and Technician(s) across multiple sub-markets. Support Regional Director of Operations in developing a scalable model for Maintenance that maximizes profitability and enables Pacaso to deliver world-class properties.
Direct management oversight of assigned retail properties in order to maximize asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting. Understanding the leasing process and effectively supporting the broker/agency leasing team.
